My client had lived here for 40 years without performing any maintenance on the house. As a result the garage and house were nearly completely destroyed by termites. We started by tearing down all but one wall of the garage and building a new 1200 Sqft ADU. Once the client moved into that we did the same with their house. We designed and built both buildings over 5 years.
