Studio City - Vineland

This rare Studio City mid century was designed by Henry L Gogerty, AIA (known for Avalon Hollywood, Biltmore Palm Springs, Howard Hughes Aircraft Co). We stayed true to the original intent, while embarking on a full remodel and restoration of kitchen, baths, bedroom, living room and exterior spaces.
